Clovis Gala Black Tie & Boots

Be Great Graduate Program


Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County is in need of motivational items for the middle school students enrolled in Be Great: Graduate (intentional mentorship program). We want to reward them for attending mentoring sessions, raising their grades, improving attendance or behavior. There are 60 students currently enrolled in the program. It Just Takes One campaign is that it just takes one caring adult to make a life-long impact on the character of a child. The dollars raised from the One Campaign provide the youth of Fresno County with a safe place to learn and grow, away from the negative influences that many are confronted with today.

PUBLIC NOTICE


The Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County intend to apply for the California Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Grant, Cohort 8 for the 2013-14 year. If funded, this grant will serve elementary and middle school children in the Sanger Unified School District.
